These terms apply to services provided by Golden State Cleanout ("we," "us," or "our") and to your use of goldenstatecleanout.com. By booking a dumpster rental or junk removal service, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes

  • Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide; if the actual job differs significantly, we'll confirm any price change with you before starting work.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Dumpster rentals

  • Standard rentals are for one week and include up to 4,000 lbs of disposal weight. Overweight loads may incur additional disposal fees at the facility rate.
  • Please keep loads level with the top rail of the container so they can be transported safely and legally.
  • Certain materials cannot go in a rented dumpster: hazardous waste, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, tires, refrigerants, and similar regulated items. Ask us if you're unsure — we'll point you to the right disposal option.
  • We place containers carefully and use protective boards where appropriate. Choose a placement location on your property that you're comfortable with; we're not responsible for damage to surfaces you direct us to place equipment on.

Junk removal

  • We handle loading, hauling, and proper disposal. Items are disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion in accordance with local regulations.
  • Payment is due on completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Scheduling & access

  • Please ensure we have safe, legal access to the delivery or removal location at the scheduled time.
  • If we arrive and cannot access the job site, a trip fee may apply.

Liability

We are licensed and insured (LIC# 041032). Our liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the law requires otherwise.

Website

Site content, photos, and branding are the property of Golden State Cleanout and may not be reused without permission. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
